terms of services

project policies

pre-project

  • I have the rights to decline projects, please understand.

  • 50% down payment is needed before I start the project.

  • Please prepare all the assets before ordering a commission.

  • If slots are full, please fill out the reservation form in the home page. You will receive an email if you got a slot reserved.

in production

  • Unfortunately, once I've started on the project, no refunds are allowed. Check my refund policy below.

  • Works may be streamed unless discretion is required in the project. Please disclose if discretion is required in the pre-project stage.

  • There will be 3 progress reports in the project's duration. Please state all your feedbacks during these progress points. Check revision policies below.

  • Delays will be informed to the client at least 3 days before the set deadline.

  • Please understand that projects cannot be paused once started.

post-project

  • Please credit me properly.

  • Once finished, I can post the completed work as a promotional material in my social media platforms.

  • Completed projects are open to revisions for 7 days. Once it's over, I will refrain from doing revisions/modifications. Please check revision policies below.

refund policies

  • Refunds are not allowed when the project has started to protect my time and labour.

  • 100% refunds will only be issued when:

  • Completion of the project cannot be achieved by no fault of the client

  • Completion of the project cannot be achieved by mutual agreement of both parties.

revision policies

  • Revisions are any changes made during or after the project. There are two kinds of revisions:

  • Minor Revisions - Mistakes, typographical errors, slight modifications. No CHARGE.

  • Major Revisions - Scrapping and redoing scenes & big modifications

  • Two free major revisions are included for all projects. Going past those two free major revisions, I will charge $20 per scene.

commercial use policies

  • Please state the purpose of the work before ordering a commission. Please refrain from using the works outside the purpose of what is originally stated.

  • Works that are produced for commercial purposes will be charged twice the amount of the commission price.

  • Commercial purposes includes the following materials but not limited to:

  • Projects and promotional materials for companies, merchandises, and products.

  • For-profit event video projects,(included but not limited to: conventions, tournaments, marketing events, etc.) non-profit events will be considered personal use.
